Shipping:

Orders are processed Mon-Fri only, most orders are placed for shipping the next day but may take up to two business days to process.

CONSUMERS: If we do not have an item in stock we will contact you ASAP to offer a substitute.

Damages must be reported via email or call 888-955-5551 within 3 business days of receipt.  Photos will be required to process any refunds or replacements. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

Canada - Dec 12-19 (West to East)

USA - Dec 13th

INT - Dec 7th TRACKED

Canada:

Regular Mail: 2-9 business Days (Maritimes 2 -3 days, rest of Canada 4-9 days)

Express Post:  1-3 business days

Courier: 1-6 business days. (Maritimes next day, ON &QC 2 days, rest of Canada 3-6days)

USA:

Standard Shipping 4-8 business days

 

Replacement Policy

The policy is designed to offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. 

Seagull will replace any damaged merchandise received at no cost to the customer.

Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of shipment.  Product returned for non-damaged reasons will be solely at the discretion of the consumer and only reimbursed for product cost.  We may ask for photos of damages before credits will be issued or returns accepted.

Please contact retail@seagullpewter.com for information on returning product for replacement, any unauthorized returns will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.
